Munchbox supplies a range of healthy snacks to large retail, corporate and hospitality businesses across the United Arab Emirates, as well as to customers in the US, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman and Bahrain. In just five years, it's grown to manufacture around 20 tonnes a week of gluten-free, sugar free snacks which it distributes via its ecommerce platform and through 900 retailers.

Expanding horizons: As a small, expanding food business in the Middle East enjoying rising demand for healthy vegan snacks with no added sugar, adding easy-to-use ERP software proved a vital ingredient to cutting manufacturing and labour costs by up to 10 percent in the last year.

Boosting healthy growth: Since starting in 2014, Munchbox has grown 120 percent year-on-year—and needed to keep up with demand for over 30 different products including energy drinks and protein packs. The company sought a better foundation for supporting the business as it continues to grow.

This has led to 10% savings on manufacturing and reduced costs on labour overhead.

Quality control: After recently adding NetSuite’s Lot Traceability module, Munchbox ensures stringent quality-control standards and extract supplier details “from farm to fork” in less than 20 minutes. Next, the company plans to add modules to advance its healthy eating initiative.
