Multiplying Clients with Technology

Revenue tripled in three years
inGaia was founded in 2000, focused on online services for the real estate market. In 2007, they developed a market-specific customer management software which soon created more demand than their sales force could fulfill. Mickael Malka acquired the company in 2010, adding resources and knowledge that drove inGaia to triple its revenue in three years.
A good problem
With more customers eager to buy their products than sales people to close the deals, inGaia had a challenge: in order to grow their sales team, they needed more control over productivity, customer follow-up and KPIs. A CRM solution was necessary.
Strengthening the sales team
Oracle NetSuite was chosen as inGaia’s CRM solution in 2012, allowing it to retire its sales controls in spreadsheets. The main requirements for this choice were easy-customisation, a well-documented API with native integrations and a reliable company behind it.
